About the Role

Collaboration & Advisory Services

The annual base salary for this position is $89,500.00. SUPERVISION EXERCISED

CVUSD is currently recruiting Testing Proctors. Testing Proctors are on-call, hourly employees. Scheduling typically occurs around the individual's schedule and shifts are typically between 4 and 8 hours in length. The busiest time of year for testing proctors is during the month of May for Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate testing.
Representative Duties
* Assist with set-up of test materials prior to the beginning of the exam sessions
* Verify student admittance documentation before directing students to assigned seating
* Enforce exam rules and policies, such as those regarding items allowed into the testing environment
* Allow only authorized personnel within the secured test center
* Maintain the security of exam materials at all times
* Distribute, collect, and account for exam materials
* Complete various exam forms
* Monitor students during exam to ensure they are not accessing unauthorized assistance, e.g., cheating
* Adhere to prescribed policies and procedures for providing students with access to approved testing accommodations
* Reads standard instructions to students
* Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during exams
Qualifications and requirements
* Be a high school graduate, at least 18 years of age, and complete any necessary training prior to assignment
* Attend assigned exam events and remain at the test center throughout assigned shifts
* Basic knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
Knowledge of:
* Basic features of computer equipment and applications
* Basic record keeping procedures

What You'll Do:
Work alongside various Crop Consultants
Inspect customers' fields for weeds, insects, disease, and fertility deficiencies
Tissue, water, and soil sampling
Trap with pheromones and lures
Other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
Currently enrolled in College or recent graduate with an Agriculture based degree
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Madera, CA location, is between $16.50 - $19.50. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.

What You'll Do
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with a wide range of diagnoses

Educate families on strategies for carryover into everyday routines
Make therapy engaging, play-based, and outcome-focused
Who You Are
SLPs: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active (or eligible) California license
SLPAs: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology with California SLPA license
Passionate about working with children and helping families
Strong communicator with collaborative mindset
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a clinic-based setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
