20. Monitors building management system for all buildings.
21. Responsible to help prepare physical plant for State Surveys, HUD inspections, State and Local Code Enforcement visits and any other inspections or surveys.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED, valid and clean NYS driver's license, plus 3 years driving experience. CPR, First Aid and where required SCIP-R and AMAP Certification within 30 days or employment.
Ability to lift/move resident from toilet, tub, shower when needed. Ability to lift 50 pounds, push/pull 250 pounds

Review Agency billings for accuracy.

Collect data regarding agency staffing.
Collect from and enter data related to time and attendance system.
Prepare reports to DON Agency Daily Costs, Orientation Costs, Sick Time Usage, Unit needs, Agency Cancellation Percentage, Agency Hours for HR when requested.

Ensure that nursing documentation is complete, accurate and completed within the appropriate time frames.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards of resident care.
Monitors unit staff compliance with all facility and nursing department policies and procedures.
Plan for, coordinate, and facilitate resident admissions and transfers to respective nursing units.
Attend and participate in family conferences.
Coordinate referrals for consulting services.
Collaborate with physician and Nurse Practitioner regarding resident problems, daily medication needs and monthly renewals.
Facilitate communication among physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Function as facility supervisor as scheduled.
Participate in Nurse Manager meetings as scheduled by the Director of Nursing.
