Job Summary
The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. Assist in evaluating Operations Requirements and program cost effectiveness according to fiscal parameters and measurements. This will include assessing costs for accuracy and reasonableness and identifying potential alternatives. Assist in developing strategies to optimize modernization efforts contained within the HQ ACC Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to include creation of spreadsheets and briefing charts. Monitor and analyze funding execution to ensure consistent and proper resource alignment among projects. This will include working with HQ ACC organizations and maintaining databases necessary to prepare the A3 Fiscal Year Execution Plan, Initial Distribution, budget execution, maintain management internal controls, assist management of current/previous year open documents listing and monitor obligations/expenditures within funded programs. Assist with cost, schedule, technical, and performance assessments and develop briefings and background papers to identify potential impacts and proposed courses of action. Budget for Air Force single and multi-year appropriation characteristics, uses, application and structure (e.g., Operation and Maintenance, Research, Develop, Test & Evaluation, and Procurement). Monitor commitment, obligation, and execution rates. Conduct studies, analyze data, develop alternatives, and make recommendations to resolve budget problems IAW the DoD and USAF Financial Management Regulations. Retrieve and monitor the Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS) reports and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) accounting system.
Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, in Accounting or Finance
Three years' experience USAF MAJCOM or higher in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution Plans.

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is hiring PRN Clinicians to support our CReST Team.The CReST Crisis Clinician will work to provide Immediate Response to Youth and Families in Region 4 that are in crisis, and will manage a caseload of youth for a period following a crisis. Perform intermediate professional work providing direct clinical services involving intake, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, providing prevention services , managing cases, providing therapy, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the assigned Program Supervisor.
Essential Functions
Develops and facilitates psycho-educational groups; provides individual, family and group counseling; implements treatment plans; coordinates daily treatment schedule.
Monitors and manages an assigned caseload.
Works within a rotation for Immediate Crisis Response
Provides crisis intervention services to individuals and families.
Develops and maintains administrative and clinical files; prepares various reports and case related correspondence.
Provides consultation, education and prevention services; provides drug and alcohol testing.
Participates in clinical, administrative and supervisory meetings; collaborates with other staff members concerning cases.

Position Requirements
Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field required.
License-Eligible Required
Experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, children's mental health and/or emergency services preferred;
Basic knowledge of ES, MH, ID/DD, and SUD treatment services, as well as the CSB/BHA system and structure.
Special Requirements
Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
