Duties include maintaining client records to comply with Social Security regulations, online bill payment, budget monitoring and providing customer service both in person and on the telephone with all levels of job titles. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate office in Chicopee, MA. Pay Rate: $22 an hour Open Shift: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40h) Key Responsibilities Set up and accurately maintain client personal checking accounts, including budgeting, check preparation, entering recurring payments, and recording transactions in the banking system. Respond professionally and accurately to inquiries from staff, clients, and outside agencies regarding client-related financial matters. Perform routine clerical duties related to recordkeeping, data entry, filing, and correspondence. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) using a strength-based, goal-oriented approach. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support strategies, crisis plans, and behavioral interventions.     Facilities Associate Department: Operations/Production Reports to: Facilities & Building Supervisor FLSA Designation: Part Time, Non-Exempt The facilities staff cleans and maintains the theatre, conservatory and other spaces; sets up for special events; and works as a collaborative member of the theatre staff in order to deliver a customer experience at the highest level of quality, cleanliness and safety. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Completes assigned cleaning duties to ensure that all areas of the theatre are clean and presentable for normal business hours, performances and special events. Responsible for setting up, breaking down, and storing equipment for special events according to detailed instructions. Support the JMAC building with the same duties as the main theatre as needed. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all related responsibilities are carried out. Keep department and storage areas including tools and supplies clean and organized. Perform work orders as directed by the Facilities & Building Supervisor or VP of Production & Operations. Follow all task lists, checklists and call sheets. Complete minor building repairs and furniture assembly as needed. Maintain walkways when snowing. Maintain flooding if any occurs. Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to the organization's values at all times and in all interactions with staff, volunteers and members of the public. Fully comply with the organization's rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of all spaces. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS: The employee must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate that they can perform the above responsibilities and essential functions to a high level of competency, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work flexible schedules to include days, evenings, and weekends, as required by theatre and conservatory event schedules. Work independently following instructions from supervisors. Move and set up furniture. Effectively deal with internal and external customers, donors, and members with a high level of customer service. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop Individualized Action Plans (IAPs), utilizing participant voice, choice, strengths, and needs. Implement strategies outlined in the IAP and document progress as required. Develop, monitor, and revise safety plans in collaboration with participants and the team. Adjust support based on individual needs. Assist participants with the transition to stable housing. Maintain strong communication with staff at Chestnut Crossing. Support tenants in navigating responsibilities such as apartment maintenance, communication with property management, and understanding housing regulations. Support participants in seeking and maintaining employment, vocational training, or education. Educate and assist participants in accessing public benefits and resources (e.g., Social Security, EAEDC, SNAP, PVTA, Fuel Assistance). Encourage community integration by helping participants access public spaces, support groups, recreational activities, and vocational programs. Promote skill development in areas such as ADLs, money management, transportation, and social participation.
