Must possess basic computer skills to perform job duties including desktop computing, e-mail, timesheet management, electronic health records, internet research, etc. and the ability to learn software applications relevant to your position. Strong skillsets in oral and written communication, cultural competence, interpersonal relationships and teamwork, attention to detail, customer service, time management, autonomy, problem solving and organization. Populations served include participants with lived experience of homelessness, mental health conditions and/or addiction and who are in recovery. All positions are awake positions. The Residential Advisor is a part time role located at 1305 East Oak Lane Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19126. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The successful candidate will work two 12 hour shifts every other weekend, 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
