Job Description: This position will play a key role in supporting the VP of QI Improvement and Compliance in ensuring MHCGM is compliant with all relevant state, federal, and certification standards, while driving continuous quality improvement across all programs. This position will lead efforts to monitor, evaluate and enhance service quality, oversee audits and corrective action plans, and serve as the primary resource for quality-related investigations and initiatives. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: · Ensure adherence to state laws/rules, federal regulations, and designation/certification standards · Oversee audits and implement & monitor Quality Improvement or Corrective Action plans. · Monitor quality performance metrics (including metrics associated with Fidelity Reviews, QSR, CCBHC, and MIPS) and ensure documentation meets quality standards. · Serve as primary point of contact for Managed Care Organizations. · Lead complaint investigations. · Serve as MHCGM's 1557 Coordinator handling all discrimination grievances. · Manage policies and procedures related to service delivery and safety. · Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent quality across programs. · Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
