We are looking for a part-time, licensed therapist passionate about whole-person, whole family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.
What you'll do:
• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
Who you are:
• Practicing at the top of your license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• EMDR training preferred
• Licensed in Iowa + other states is a bonus

Provide follow-up and implementation of reintegration plans for students who are returning to school from hospitalizations and or facility stays; and comprehensive follow up to all clients served.
Participate in meetings as necessary (staffings, trainings, IEPs, etc.).
Assist students in improving attendance, building resiliency, and build hope and success for students.
Maintain data on students served.
Be familiar with disciplinary guidelines, and at risk student characteristics/needs, collaborating agencies for referral.

Provides education to patients and families around issues related to adaptation to the patient's diagnosis, illness, treatment, and/or life situation. Maintains working knowledge of and liaison with community agencies and resources. Provides consultative services to health care team members within scope of care definitions as needed. Documents assessment plan, interactions, and interventions according to the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge's guidelines and standards. Maintains confidentiality around patient and family information. Maintains records and statistics in accordance as required by legal agencies and the Community Health Center.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications: • Master's degree in Behavioral Science or other related discipline • LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW or LISW licensure in the state of Iowa
