Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
Respond to crisis calls for services in the community responding to crisis calls, completing crisis intervention for ongoing clients, case management and coordination of care, as well as interfacing with first responders.

Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A probationary period is required.
Candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible to accept a sign-on bonus of $3,000. The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year). (UW System employment isn't disqualifying.)

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with 67 children in a structured, supportive setting
Promote daily living skills, appropriate behavior, and social development
Prepare meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform minor household maintenance
Lead and support behavioral programming tailored to individual needs
Accurately document observations and update records
Assist with academic programming and fulfill teachers aide licensing requirements
Participate in recreational and sports activities
Provide emergency shift coverage as needed
Schedule Options
Full-Time:
Varied shifts including mornings (7am3pm), evenings (3pm11pm), and 24 overnight shifts (11pm7am) per month
Includes weekends and holidays, with one weekend off per schedule period
Part-Time:
Three 8-hour shifts per week, including one weekend shift
Rotating shifts: 7am3pm, 3pm11pm, or 11pm7am
