The Social Worker will complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health in an electronic medical record. Provide linkages and follow up to clients during stabilization period and immediately following. The Social Worker will coordinate with outside providers and collateral contacts. Attend routine supervisions and team meetings. Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team. Complete trainings and maintain proficiency with de-escalation and crisis intervention skills. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS A masters degree in a relevant clinical field is required. Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or limited permit) is required. At least six months experience in a behavioral health setting is required. Clinical experience is preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required. Experience with an Electronic Health Record is preferred Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
