Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in related field required. Child MentalHealth Specialist (CMHS) preferred. Candidates with over five years of clinical mentalhealth experience may also qualify for some clinical supervision duties. WSP/FBI criminal history background clearance required.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required to provide curriculum-based rehabilitative services with consumers both individually and in groups.
Independently develop and implement rehabilitative services, which are based on consumer desires, medical necessity, and clinical judgment.
Delivery of rehabilitation services in accordance with recovery plans created collaboratively with clients and documentation of progress.
Transports consumers to and from appointments, as needed.
Document with the understanding that all clinical notations are considered legal documents and can be used in a court of law.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure community awareness of all services offered within the agency.
Serve on task forces when requested.
Provide consultation to other agencies contracted with CFGC.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Knowledge:
General understanding of adult and child mentalhealth disorders, treatment of disorders, and documentation of treatment provided. Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical guidelines for practice.
One (1) year of experience in a community setting with knowledge of curriculum-based rehabilitative techniques and community resources for clients suffering with severe and persistent mental illness, preferred.
Education:
Must possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field as specified in the Texas Administrative Code Rule 353.1415 for Qualified MentalHealth Professional (QMHP-CS) for qualifications.
One (1) year of experience in a community setting with knowledge of curriculum-based rehabilitative techniques and community resources for clients suffering with severe and persistent mental illness, preferred.
Skills:
Understanding of diagnosis and treatment of clinical disorders and life adjustment problems.
Knowledge of treatment documentation, confidentiality and ethical guidelines for practice.
Knowledge and awareness of service agencies, works in a community setting.
Knowledge of medications used in the treatment of mental illness.

We are seeking a Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting mentalhealth operations. This role is vital to keeping our clinic running smoothly by providing administrative and client service support to both our providers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage 50-60 client calls per day in a call center-style environment.
Use our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to:
Schedule appointments
Process records requests
Relay provider recommendations
Provide high-level customer service and social support via phone and email.
Support providers with daily tasks and care coordination.
Review reports to ensure care and services are delivered efficiently.
Maintain organization of client documents, emails, and meeting notes.
Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
Maintain a professional demeanor with clients, coworkers, and providers.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
Ability to multitask using multiple monitors, type while on calls, and avoid putting clients on hold.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Education & Experience
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree.
Background in social work or healthcare strongly preferred (MSW ideal).
Experience working in a medical or mentalhealth office setting is a plus.

Qualifications
