Cooper Street Apartment Program: Our Cooper Street program serves homeless/low-income individuals and families, including children to maintain safe, permanent, supportive housing. Working with the households to achieve these goals, maintain benefits and achieve a personal level of independence is a snapshot of the services being offered in Supportive Housing.
