The Social Worker - MSW provides clinical social work services to patients and families to support optimal functioning, adjustment, and decision-making throughout the healthcare continuum. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) required

Support Circle of Life's Bereavement Services program by providing counseling services to those suffering from grief associated with the loss (or anticipated loss) of a loved one. May see clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Requires LMSW or LCSW certification through state of Arkansas without restrictions. Minimum of one year related clinical experience in a hospice, medical or mental health setting. Responsible for completion and documentation of intakes, initial assessments, diagnostic assessments, and biopsychosocial assessments.

Provision of in-service training in specialized or general areas to professional and paraprofessional staff as requested.

Collaborate with stakeholders (school personnel, DHS, DPSQA, probation, etc.) to increase client success, including but not limited to in-service training, participation in stakeholder meetings, and other requests identified by stakeholders.
Responsible for discharge planning with client and families.
Responsible for providing follow-up care as needed.
Provide ongoing assessment and treatment planning consultation.
Completion of all client documentation in EHR within appropriate timelines (i.e., biopsychosocial, master treatment plan, treatment plan review, progress notes, discharge summaries, etc.)
Responsible for complete, accurate, current, and detailed documentation which meet regulatory and payer source guidelines.
Actively assists and helps maintain compliance with CARF, Medicaid, Licensing and DPSQA standards.
Will provide services at all assigned FCC designated BH sites, as needed.
Actively participates in marketing campaigns for services.
Collaborates with other mental health specialists, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, psychiatric nurses, and school counselors as indicated.
Conformance with all FCC policies and procedures.
Assist, as appropriate, in the development of appropriate policies and procedures to ensure OBH Program operates in an efficient and effective manner.
Assist with behavioral health consultations to the Community Supports division of FCC as requested.
