About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional and highly-motivated, business-minded attorney to join Rippling as Lead Commercial Counsel on the Legal & Compliance Team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales, Business Development, and other GTM Teams, as well as Client Services, Product, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Security, and will report to our Associate General Counsel, Commercial. You are a sharp self-starter eager to take an ownership role in scaling the commercial legal function to be best-in-class on a global scale, while simultaneously counseling on numerous complex strategic initiatives and getting deals done. What you will do
Serve as the primary legal advisor on a variety of commercial matters, including financial and corporate transactions, strategic alliances, customer negotiations, and vendor relationships.
Partner with our Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Client Services and other GTM teams to develop, refine and manage Rippling's commercial counseling and contracting function.
Develop rich enablement tools (e.g., internal and external collateral, playbooks, training), meticulously draft and refine contract templates, and establish best-in-class contracting practices.
Navigate complex global regulatory frameworks to create scalable and innovative solutions for supporting our products and services.
Collaborate cross functionally with our internal teams (Privacy, Finance, Security, Product and Engineering) on development and documentation of new features and services.
Drive the compliance culture at Rippling and embed integrity and compliance in all of our operations as our company grows.
Advise and assist with Rippling's general legal needs as they arise.
What you will need
6+ years of combined legal experience at a law firm, in-house, or other relevant roles, including 3+ years in-house commercial legal experience at a software or other technology company.
Extensive knowledge of SaaS licensing, data integrations and other technology transactions; strategic alliances; procurement processes and vendor negotiations; channel, reseller and referral sales, marketplaces and other distribution models; and AI, privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented ethos (bias to finding the path to “yes”, but confidence in knowing when to say “no”), and ready to roll up your sleeves.
Passion for efficient processes.
Strong project management, organizational and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex legal jargon into easy-to-understand and actionable advice.
Ability to manage a high volume of matters and shifting priorities with efficiency, precision, and a sense of urgency.
Sense of humor.
Law degree (e.g., JD or equivalent).

Experience negotiating strategic alliances with global technology platform providers and channel sales agreements for SaaS products.

About the role!
The Child and Adolescent Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, group, and/or collateral therapy for children, teens, and young adults. They are also responsible for completing all documentation, including progress notes, in a timely manner in accordance with CHC's documentation timelines, as well as conducting comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients. This position currently reports to the Clinical Program Manager.
As a Child and Adolescent Therapist, you will:
Provide individual, family, group, and/or collateral therapy for children, teens, and young adults.
Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients. Develop a case formulation, and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
Coordinate clinical care with other disciplines including SLP, OT, education, psychology, and psychiatry.
Conduct in-service training and seminars at CHC or within the community, including parent or teacher education workshops, support groups, or podcast episodes.
Facilitate parent/teacher workshops, facilitate support groups, and/or contribute content for podcasts.
Attend clinical staff and team meetings as assigned, including weekly staff meeting and a regularly scheduled consultation group.
Complete all documentation, including progress notes, in a timely manner in accordance with CHC's documentation timelines.
Adhere to all mental health, legal, and ethical mandates and guidelines in the execution of duties, including timely completion of charting, billing, report preparation, and ethical/confidentiality issues as outlined by the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy or National Association of Social Workers.
Participate in IEP conferences and other school meetings to assist school personnel in understanding client issues and the rationale for the implementation of recommendations when clinically valid.

Maintenance of valid California license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences with a copy provided to Division Director.

We use evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as several experiential therapies.
We are currently looking for a Primary Therapist to join our residential treatment center in Danville, CA!
Requirements:
Act as the point-person for each assigned client and their family during treatment
Provide individual and family therapy to each client at a weekly frequency commensurate with the current level of care
Facilitate 1-2 groups per week and complete group notes in the medical record
Orient new clients and their caregivers to treatment and the program structure
Facilitate Biopsychosocial Assessments and Risk Assessments for clients upon admission

THE POSITION
Under general supervision from Mental Health services professional staff, to provide mental health and vocational counseling services to assigned clients, including drug and alcohol and dually diagnosed clients referred to mental health facilities; to gather case history information; to note and record client's needs; to develop treatment and discharge plans for assigned clients; to assist in the implementation of treatment and discharge plans; and monitor client's progress and response to these plans; to provide psychiatric and vocational counseling for individuals and groups; if licensed, to administer and distribute medications; to perform work as required.
This is a journey-level para-professional classification. When assigned to an out-patient facility, incumbents spend the majority of time providing psychiatric counseling to individuals or groups and participate in continuing care coordination for assigned clients and; may provide direct case management or socialization services. When assigned in the Vocational Program, may have operational and coordinating responsibility in a work center or large community work program and; spend the majority of time providing mental health and vocational services to drug and alcohol or dually diagnosed clients individually or in-groups.
