Reporting to the Director of Clinical and Outreach Services, the Youth and Family Counselor is responsible for the direct delivery of counseling, case management, and housing crisis services to youth and families in school- and community-based settings. Requirements: Requirements are: Minimum of 20 clients a week (25 office hours) Weekend availability (for the first year of employment, therapists work at least one weekend "shift" (Friday 3-8, Sat/Sun 10-1 or 1-5pm) Experience with counseling --life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus) Paneled with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus) Prior private practice experience (a plus) Send cover letter and/or CV Required education: Master's or Doctorate License or certification (or in-process of obtaining) an MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, PhD, PMHNP
