Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mentalhealth field is required.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant healthcare, mentalhealth, or community experience preferred.
Licensure: Current Indiana license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or HSPP required.
Certifications:
Crisis intervention certification (required within 90 days of hire)
BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep understanding of disease impact, human behavior, and psychosocial assessment techniques

The **Manager of Behavioral Health - Indiana SMI Case Management** is responsible for overseeing a team of clinicians and non-licensed staff supporting the needs of our Indiana members.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
+ Requires current, active, unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW (as applicable by state law and scope of practice), LMHC, LPC, LMSW, LBA (as allowed by applicable state laws), LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure in applicable states or territory of the United States.
+ For Government business only: LAPC, and LAMFT are also acceptable if allowed by applicable state laws and any other state or federal requirements that may apply; provided that the manager's director has one of the types of licensures specified in the preceding sentence. Licensure is a requirement for this position. However, for states that do not require licensure a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is also acceptable if all the following criteria are met; performs UM approvals only, reviews requests for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services only, and there is licensed staff supervision.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
+ Prior experience in Managed Care setting required.
+ MS in social work, counseling, psychology or related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing and minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and extensive experience in case management and telephonic coaching with members with a broad range of complex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

+ Experience applying clinical and policy knowledge on the continuum of Behavioral Health treatment strongly preferred.

Full-Time MentalHealth Clinician - Ellie MentalHealthin Fishers, Indiana
Evaluate mentalhealth diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
Target caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Required Qualifications
Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mentalhealth documentation
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
Pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must be a fully licensed mentalhealth professional with a valid state of Indiana License
Preferred experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
Preferred experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
