This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. What you'll be doing: Conduct individual, group and/or family therapy to child, adolescent population. Perform initial assessments, intakes and prepare documentation of such for client electronic medical record, conduct follow up on client's progress. Prepare with client a treatment plan to include goals with the client. Prepare documentation with clients of progress and goals to outlined in the Treatment Plan. Present cases to Psychiatrists regarding client's medication. Work closely with Case Manager & guardians regarding client's needs. Provide Crisis Intervention as needed. Participate in various meetings to include departmental, divisional or other meetings as required by the Director. As a CANS Super User, assist co-workers that may need remedial CANS Training to obtain certification. Complete billing documentation/requirements in a timely fashion. Complete other duties as assigned.
