Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in State applying for.

Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Juntos provides important services to unaccompanied minor children who immigrated into the United States. Services include; temporary shelter and support with family unification and home study and post release services. Family Reunification is the Juntos programs primary goal. The Overnight Residential Counselor will be responsible for assisting youth with their daily life skills, education, and chores in the program and providing a direct level of support and supervision. Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to;

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Answers the Monmouth ACTS Warm Line in a manner that is engaging and encourages resident hope and resilience in meeting their social service needs.

Description of Responsibilities:
Provides individual child psychotherapy sessions to clients
Conduct intake interviews, screening, assessment, goal setting, progress monitoring, and advocacy
Documents sessions employing progress notes
Completes required documentation, including treatment plans and quarterly treatment plan reviews
Schedule own appointments.
Clinicians are encouraged to build professional relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community providers - with administrative and leadership support.
Work with a multidisciplinary team, the client's family, and other service providers as appropriate, to meet treatment goals and assure continuity of care
Must be able to deliver services in a culturally sensitive manner.
Computer and technical skills, specifically Microsoft Office Programs and Electronic Health Records.

The **Behavioral Health/EAP Clinician - Afterhours** is responsible for providing Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance services to up to approximately 10 million lives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Supports Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service department by responding to initial customer contacts and request for services; receives client request, assesses situation, determines appropriate course of action.
+ Provides telephone and or on-site support for crisis intervention, assessment, short term problem resolution and referral to appropriate provider(s).
+ Manages Critical Incident Stress Debriefing requests.
+ Assesses members and assists them in accessing behavioral healthcare benefits available under their health plan.
+ Manages shared mailbox that is used by clients and external vendor to forward information that must be reviewed and placed in documentation system.
Position requirements:
+ Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of direct psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Current unrestricted license such as (but not limited to) LPC (as allowed by applicable state laws), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Professional Counselor, in applicable state(s) required.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and experiences:
+ MA/MS preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $60,000 to $103,500

Maintain assigned documentation as required within the timelines required.
Conduct assessments of clients at the time of admission and re-assessments as required and if needed.
Conduct mental status examinations.
Provide appropriate treatment recommendations based on a review of the clients history, signs, and symptoms.
Provide individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy as needed.
Qualifications
Fully understands and maintains policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality.
Master or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling or social science. Licensed or registered in New Jerseys as an LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, ACSW; or LCADC by the Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Assistant.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess valid drivers license.
CPR/First Aid certification required, obtained upon employment and maintained current thereafter.
Criminal background clearance required.
Health screen, proof of MMR vaccination or antibodies, negative TB test results.
