The Counselor is responsible for completing assessments, facilitating group and individual therapy, maintaining clinical documentation, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning in compliance with VDBHDS and DMAS regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate on individualized treatment plans. Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid and licensing standards. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
