Our BHAs are responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. This position will support harm reduction and recovery-based services for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. Under supervision, they will gain experience conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling sessions, providing psychoeducation, and supporting treatment planning and clinical documentation.
