Education Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required. * Advanced degree in a behavioral science field (applied linguistics, psychology, sociology, or related) is a plus. * Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. * Deep knowledge of stigma and cultural barriers to mental health in Veteran and Hispanic immigrant communities. * Experience in construction or related industries, with an appreciation for "in the field" realities and workforce dynamics. Work Experience * 4-8+ years of related experience and training; Behavioral Science expertise with construction experience is a plus. * 3+ years in internal consulting, with demonstratable skills in change management and analytics. * 3+ years in designing and managing mental health or wellness outreach programs. Certifications and Licenses * Certified coach (ICF or equivalent) preferred. This position services the Winter Haven/Lakeland, FL. SHIFT - 8AM- 4:30 PM (No On Call) JOB DUTIES/KNOWLEDGE Provides direct service to patients and families as needed in a variety of settings. Works closely with Bereavement Services Manager in formulating policies and procedures for coordination and delivery of bereavement services. Collaborates with Bereavement Services Manager in development of a process to evaluate patient/family outcomes in the bereavement services area. Coordinates all bereavement components. Identifies patient/family issues related to family bereavement care. Conducts individual and group support for families. Implements and documents bereavement services. Provides and documents a comprehensive support program for the bereaved according to policy which reflects respect for personal history and diversity of client. Continually assesses bereavement needs of patient/family. Ensures preparation and implementation of a written bereavement care plan for each Hospice deceased patient/family unit on Hospice premises.
