This is a pivotal role in driving people practices outcomes by designing and driving our national strategy for psychological safety, workforce resilience, and healthy work environments. Education Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required. * Advanced degree in a behavioral science field (applied linguistics, psychology, sociology, or related) is a plus. * Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. * Deep knowledge of stigma and cultural barriers to mental health in Veteran and Hispanic immigrant communities. * Experience in construction or related industries, with an appreciation for "in the field" realities and workforce dynamics. North County Serenity House, A Program of HealthRIGHT 360 was founded in 1966 to provide substance use disorder services in the community. North County Serenity House provides a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment, using evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. Our residential facility serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders. The primary responsibilities of the Admissions Clinician include providing direct participant care in a manner that exemplifies HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission and vision through the provision of all aspects of residential entry services. Admissions Clinicians conduct level of care assessments, treatment planning, determining medical necessity and evaluations to identify behaviors and problems related to a participant's addiction and potential co-occurring disorders. S/he acts as an administrative liaison between the agency and outside organizations. Admissions Clinicians will be responsible for entering data into multiple databases and signing off on the LPHA portion of other intakes being performed.
