What You'll Do: Your responsibilities as a Full-time Therapist would include: Complete assessments, screening, and other documentation during the evaluation phase of treatment for each client. Support a typical caseload of 25 billable hours per week, or 100 per month, depending on Full or Part-Time status. Develop individualized treatment plans, prepare treatment plan reviews, and discharge summaries with treatment team. Consult with other service providers as needed. Provide therapy to meet client needs. Maintain positive working relationship with community resources and referral agencies. Complete required reports and other documentation. Licensure: Current South Dakota license as a CSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure required. Must be, or have the ability to be, certified as Adoption Competent. QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification or the ability to obtain is required. South Dakota advanced licensure, including CSW-PIP, LPC-MH, or LMFT preferred. Experience: Two years' experience in children and/or family programs preferred.
