We are seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented support and case management services to residents of the long term care facilities and their families. Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs getting met.
Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, and development of a treatment plan.
Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
Training of support systems including direct staff on specific client triggers, de-escalation techniques and interventions in client specific mentalhealth treatment plan as developed by licensed clinician.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Meet with Resident Care Coordinator or other staff as designated by the facility upon arrival to and departure from facility to review current resident and facility care needs and communicate findings or concerns.
Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration. Working with licensed Provide verbal and/or written instruction or feedback regarding treatment plans and other pertinent caregiver information.
Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, and procedures. Be aware of and adhere to all legal and regulatory agencies' rules and guidelines and professional ethical standards. Comply with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.

Consult with the clinical supervisor when facing an unfamiliar resident, family, or facility request or recommendation regarding the care of a resident.
Qualifications/Education: Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists-Master's degree in either counseling or marriage and family therapy. Eligibility for a license to practice in the state in which you will practice, required. Knowledge:
Knowledge of population-specific interventions, and delivering care following treatment plan.
Knowledge of rules and regulations of bodies governing behavioral health practice.
Knowledge of organization's policies and procedures.

LRADAC offers a wide array of prevention, intervention and treatment programs in both Lexington and Richland counties, so when you join our team, you are truly improving lives and improving communities. As an Intern, primary responsibility is the performance of clinical work requiring advanced knowledge acquired during a four-year degree course of instruction and enrollment in a master's level program; and requires the incumbent to consistently exercise discretion and judgement in applying their advanced knowledge. Under regular supervision of their Clinical Supervisor and the Director of Outpatient Treatment, counsels and aids individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance use disorder(s) and/or identified problems, by performing the following duties for patients.
We are seeking master's level students who are passionate about the substance misuse field across multiple demographics at our Lexington location. Our interns should be curious, eager to learn, willing to gain experience and knowledge across all programs and disciplines and bring a care and compassion to our patients.

Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and enrollment in a master's level counseling or social work program with the University of South Carolina's College of Social Work, University of South Carolina's Counseling Program, or Columbia International University.
Position Overview
Reports to placement when scheduled and on time.
Observes and facilitates biopsychosocial assessments and service plan development as assigned.
Observes and facilitates individual, family, group, and crisis intervention counseling services as assigned.
Observes and facilitates service plan development of the treatment plan to identify goals and objectives for patients in care.
Manages and monitors patient progress (to include transition and discharge planning), identifies patient needs, and maintains all clinical records through independent work, as well as treatment team engagement as assigned.
Engages in regular treatment team and clinical supervision as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, other service providers, staff, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Our Camp Counselor positions have the potential to serve as competitively paid internships that meet your course credit needs.
First and foremost, your primary responsibilities will be as a Camp Counselor. As an Intern, you will be expected to fulfill your regular daily job responsibilities and it will be up to you to complete your internship responsibilities and to ensure that they do not interfere with your work obligations. Contact your college advisor in advance and ask them if you can use your summer camp job as a practicum, internship or for other course credits. If KE Camps can meet your internship requirements, your on-site Camp Director will be your field supervisor and oversee your course work. You will also be connected to a KE Camps contact at our HQ in Skillman, NJ. To receive credit, you must complete the course, practicum or internship per your college's parameters and complete your summer employment.
As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our Counselors interact with our campers throughout the entire day, helping them make friends, try new things, and generally caring for their well-being. The role of a Counselor is to participate, build relationships and have fun while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of every child.
Camp Counselor Qualities
Ability to help children grow in character, experiences and insights
Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times
Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities
Prior experience working with children
Enthusiastic, Responsible, Dependable, Consistent, Level-Headed, Flexible, and Calm in all situations
CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins
Camp Counselor Responsibilities
Work with group of campers and provide a fun, safe and exciting camp experience
Cooperate with fellow Counselors and Camp Director
Greet families and campers upon arrival
Support Camp Director in establishing rules and emergency procedures with campers
Participate in all camp activities
Supervise daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water (lifeguard certification not required)
Help out where needed and lead activities when asked to by the Camp Director
Complete other duties, as assigned
