Your Role
As a MentalHealth Advisor, you will provide clinical supervision, staff support, and consumer intervention while helping to maintain program quality and compliance. You will serve as a key member of the Adult Services team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and positive outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Supervise, train, evaluate, and manage assigned Adult Services staff, including assisting with personnel processes such as hiring, interviewing, and performance management.
Provide clinical supervision and support for staff cases, including reviewing documentation such as SARJs, RPOCs, and Crisis Plans.
Assist staff in crisis interventions and home visits, providing clinical feedback and support to consumers as needed.
Support staff with community resource recommendations, professional development, and training on mentalhealth needs. Serve as a liaison for the organization and programs with stakeholders, including Milwaukee County.
Complete and submit required documentation by deadlines. Maintain effective communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders.
Follow all duties as a mandated reporter. Attend meetings and professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited school.
Valid Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with mentalhealth and/or substance use.
Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, collaborative, and professional disposition; “people person” with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed MentalHealth Therapist at Lyra is $70,000 annually. At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation package, which may additionally include monthly variable measurement based compensation, discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive healthcare coverage, retirement benefits, and time off with pay.

The Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) Program provides therapeutic and parenting services to families involved in, or at risk of, becoming involved in the formal social services system for abuse, neglect, truancy, and/or delinquency issues. IIHS strives to preserve the family, reduce out-of-home placements, and aid in reunification where necessary. Our collaborated team of Parent Mentors, Therapists, Youth Support Specialists, and Substance Abuse Counselors work together to provide a wide range of intensive services. As the Substance Abuse Counselor, it will be your responsibility to conduct substance use assessments and provide treatment services as needed. Services may be delivered in individual, family, or group settings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR:
Interview and evaluate families to complete the intake process.
Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
Formulate, implement, evaluate and review client treatment plans.
Counsel clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, and group counseling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides mentalhealth therapy/treatment including individual, family, and group treatment. This would include face to face, phone contact, and written correspondence.
Conducts mentalhealth evaluations and assessments; including gathering information regarding symptoms, current, and previous psychiatric medications, previous treatment or therapy, history, etc.
Formulates diagnosis; develops treatment options with client; makes appropriate referrals to other providers and appropriate resources within and outside of Croix County DHHS.HSH.
Documents assessments, treatment plans, reviews, referrals, and discharge planning and summaries in accordance with professional standards, agency, State and Federal guidelines.
Performs ongoing assessment of client for risk of harm to self or others, including developing crisis plans and determining level of care when necessary.
Serves as a member of the intake team including initial screening, emergency services, crisis stabilization, referral services, and care planning in consultation with interdisciplinary teams.
Serves as a member of the CCS, CST and CSP teams to develop treatment goals and plans based on assessment, evaluation, and agency guidelines.
Provides consultation, collaboration, and/or training; screening services, psychoeducational and group facilitation to internal agency divisions and community.
Monitors medication compliance by observing medication administration, watches for side effects or signs of deterioration.
Teaches clients about available community resources and how to independently gain access to needed services.
Advocates and works to coordinate services and support clients in achieving treatment objectives without duplication of effort and with maximum effective use of staff time and available resources.
Bills for all allowable services and submits billing as directed. Ensures State reporting system forms and data collection are completed on a timely basis.

To receive credit, you must complete the course, practicum or internship per your college's parameters and complete your summer employment.

About the Role
Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill building tools. With this program, you'll have the resources and support you need to ensure that your clients get better-all while improving access to mentalhealth care from your home or preferred setting.
Daily: As a Lyra Care Therapist, you'll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed MentalHealth Therapist at Lyra is $70,000 annually. The base salary is determined by role and placement within the range, and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location.

The Family Systems Therapy (FST) program provides intensive home-based individual and family treatment addressing the multiple determinants of delinquent behavior in youth involved with Kenosha County Youth Justice Court. As the Family Systems Therapist, you will work with youth and families through multiple weekly contacts in the home, or other community settings. Our programming followed the Multisystemic Therapy approach, with the Therapist working to understand the function of the youth's maladaptive behavior, as well as the strengths within the family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FAMILY SYSTEMS THERAPIST:
Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and create, implement, and evaluate client treatment plans
Counsel clients and families in accordance with the treatment plan
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mentalhealth, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, and/or group counseling.
Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities.
Attend client court proceedings and make appropriate recommendations, as required.
Exercise judgement to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.
Safely transport clients as needed.
LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Hybrid 50% WFH days per week. Local travel is required to meet with clients within the home and other community spaces throughout Kenosha County area, with mileage reimbursement.
SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Availability for afternoon/evening sessions is required.
SALARY: $50,000 annually. Additional bonus pay is available based on performance.
