This position supports the consumer products business unit within the Disney Experiences segment of The Walt Disney Company and primarily supports DCP's Branded Retail Businesses. In this role, the successful candidate would provide legal support for DCP's retail (including licensed retail), ecommerce, and wholesale businesses, including but not limited to: store operations, loss prevention, risk management, sourcing and procurement, and supply chain/logistics. As such, the successful candidate must be comfortable with handling diverse legal, regulatory, and compliance issues, and have the judgment to know when to elevate issues to senior attorneys in the department and legal subject matter experts. The successful candidate must also be adept at briefing business clients at all levels, including executives, on complex legal issues.
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in support of store operations, sourcing and procurement, and supply chain/logistics
Provide legal support related to product development and product integrity matters for Disney Store merchandise, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policy
Advise on loss prevention and risk management matters and strategies and support related investigations or compliance efforts as needed
Draft and negotiate technology and ecommerce agreements, including SaaS agreements, to support various aspects of website functionality, logistics, performance metrics, user interface, microsites, and third‑party quality/assurance testing
Provide legal support for the Guest Services and Asset Protection teams
Work closely with and advise business units on a range of business issues, including assessing options and risks associated with each option
Assist with the management of claims and litigation
Draft, update, and improve contract templates
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts within Disney (e.g., privacy, tax, intellectual property, technology, product integrity/safety and international labor standards)
Perform such other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary in support of the Consumer Products segment of Disney Experiences, such as legal support for synergistic marketing
Required Qualifications & Skills
At least 8 years of significant relevant legal experience, preferably in retail or consumer products industries
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build interdepartmental relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and analyze complex issues, assess potential risk and impact and devise creative solutions and strategies
Must have a commercial and solution‑oriented mind‑set, and must be willing to take ownership of projects and think proactively
Ability to evaluate and reconcile issues from both a business unit and enterprise level perspective
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to work under deadlines and execute efficiently against multiple, high‑priority and high‑volume projects with limited supervision
Demonstrated ability to work in an environment with a high degree of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail operations
Experience supporting e‑commerce and other omnichannel activities
Education
Law degree (JD or equivalent) from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar or willingness and qualification to be a California Authorized House Counsel
Compensation
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $212,000.00 to $274,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Summary
As a Therapist I Bilingual, you will provide crisis intervention, conduct intake assessments, and deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use issues. Primary Duties
Provides intake assessments, crisis intervention, short-term therapy and facilitate conflict resolution in office or field to children and families with a history of mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
Independently performs intake assessments and formulates diagnoses and case conceptualization using a culturally competent approach.
Demonstrates a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team and external systems; interfaces and collaborates with clinic psychiatrist regarding assessment and intake.
Demonstrates ability to utilize a whole person/integrated care approach in assessment, treatment planning and intervention.
Demonstrates competency in managing crises with minimal guidance.
Assesses treatment progress and adapts interventions as needed.
Uses collaborative documentation during therapy sessions in accordance with Agency standards.
Uses evidence based practice (EBP) to formulate an initial plan of treatment; assesses and monitors condition of client to evaluate treatment and adapts interventions as needed.
Assists with client evaluations, clinical diagnoses and case disposition.
Incorporates new technologies into treatment, including outcome measurements, to improve access, client engagement and effectiveness.
Assists with psychiatric holds for clients presenting a danger to themselves or others and/or are gravely disabled, and in need of hospitalization.

Position Requirements
Fluency in required language for assigned program (Spanish).
Holds a degree as an MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, PhD, and one to two years experience working with individuals and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mentalhealth environment.
Must be registered with BBS or Board of Psychology. (Unlicensed Psychologists must have a DMH Waiver.)
Current knowledge of all job specific skills including crisis intervention and individual/family therapy, multicultural and socio-economic issues, and documentation standards.
Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention, assessment and intake for children and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use.
Depending on program/division, demonstrates working knowledge of Evidence Based Practices, Co-Occurring Disorders and/or the Recovery Model of treatment is required.
Knowledge of Agency policies and procedures, HIPAA, policies and documentation guidelines, and county, state and federal regulations relating to service programs for adults, children, and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use.
Knowledgeable about and actively supports integrated mentalhealth, physical health and substance use treatment for improving care for the whole person.

Job SummaryThe Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering therapeutic and treatment planning services to CBI Residential Patients. Residential Counselor is responsible for facilitating group counseling utilizing approved CBI Curriculum and schedule. Residential Counselor will facilitate individual sessions with each patient on a regular basis. Each are below defined by the specific function as it relates to the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
Skills/Requirements
Master's Degree in related field
Leadership experience
2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor
