JOB SUMMARY
Provide operational oversight of nursing and provide direct client care including physical health monitoring. In the absence of a nurse, administer medications, assess symptoms, and evaluate patient progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide injections, medication support, diagnostic reviews, case consult, crisis intervention, and targeted case management services to assist clients with basic needs and symptom management.
• Accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
• In collaboration with the treatment team, participates in the organization and management of medication coaching and delivery to clients, as well as integrating medication administration into treatment plans. Responds appropriately to medical emergencies.
• Dispense and account for prescribed medication, assist psychiatrist in administering and evaluating prescribed medication and arrange lab work according to protocol.
• Oversee nursing policies, procedures, audits and liaison with program psychiatrist.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
• Maintain confidentiality of client's care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
• Maintains program integrity.
• Transport clients in program or personal vehicle, as required.
• Provide services to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) clients enrolled in the SUD Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Licensed RegisteredNurse in California required.
• Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance abuse services preferred.
• Cultural competency understanding required. Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Job Description
The RegisteredNurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. Communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and abnormal symptoms.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current and valid state RN License.
Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross).
Current ACLS (AHA or Red Cross).
Minimum of 1 year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, critical care experience preferred.

Job Description
The RegisteredNurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients, communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic studies, and abnormal results. The RN must respond quickly and accurately to changes in conditions and/or responses to treatment while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members regarding patient condition.
Teach patients and families about care plans and health management.
Direct and guide nursing personnel in their tasks and responsibilities.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulations and standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current and valid state RN License.
Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross).
Current ACLS (AHA or Red Cross).
Minimum 1 year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care.

JOB SUMMARY
Provide operational oversight of nursing and provide direct client care including physical health monitoring. In the absence of a nurse, administer medications, assess symptoms, and evaluate patient progress.

Oversee nursing policies, procedures, audits and liaison with program psychiatrist.
Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
Maintain confidentiality of client's care.
Participate in scheduled program meetings.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations and supervise nursing staff.
Act as a member of the leadership team and maintains program integrity.
Transport clients in program or personal vehicle, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed RegisteredNurse in California required.
Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
Experience providing mental health and/or substance abuse services preferred.
Cultural competency understanding required. Bilingual preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
