    The Alaska Family Medicine Residency/Providence Family Medicine Center is hiring a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Behavioral Health Faculty for the Addiction Medicine Training Program. This role is funded by a 5-year HRSA grant aimed to increase the number of Family Medicine physicians competent in addressing the behavioral health needs of Alaska's underserved populations. The position includes curriculum development and delivery, clinical training and supervision and behavioral health service provision. You will work closely with the Program Director, Program Manager, and Behavioral Health Faculty to enhance and expand resident training and experience in the areas of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, SUD/addiction medicine treatment, and management of suicidality. You will work with Family Medicine residents in multiple clinical settings to provide real-time feedback and resident evaluations. This role will deliver integrated behavioral health services including behavioral health consultation and focused psychotherapy to PFMC patients within our Family Medicine clinic which delivers outpatient services across the lifespan.
