STRTP Clinician Department: Mental Health Reports To: STRTP Clinical Program Manager FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt The Clinician is responsible for providing individual, family and group therapy to clients in the Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) at CRH. DBT knowledge and/or experience preferred. The Clinician works closely with county social workers, parents and team members, consulting and collaborating on client's progress and treatment plans. Amber House Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU/CRT) Clinician Amber House CSU is a 10-bed voluntary-only CSU whose purpose will be to assess individuals who are having a mental health crisis and are in need of assessment, stabilization, and brief treatment. Amber House CRT has up to 14-beds for individuals in crisis who do not meet medical necessity criteria for hospitalization and would benefit from treatment and supportive programming. Collaborate and consult with Axis licensed clinicians, medical doctors, case managers and other staff, as necessary. Complete necessary documentation, using an electronic health records system. Ensure charting and documentation is consistent with related laws, regulations, and Axis standards. This position may last through the school year, with the potential to stay on during the summer, although as approved by supervisor, and at decreased hours. Mandatory, weekly participation in one hour of individual supervision, two hours of group supervision, one hour of intern training seminar, and one-hour weekly team meeting with the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) staff. " The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
