ACE Wellness Center is looking for a licensed clinical psychotherapist to join our team. The clinical psychotherapist
provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to a small caseload of young adults, in northeast Ohio. We are a mental health agency who provide psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults. These are persons who struggle
with a mix of anxiety, depression, attention deficits, and learning issues that have interfered with their ability live independently. We utilize a treatment team approach and provide them with support in the areas of academics, executive functioning, life skills, wellness, and therapeutic work.
We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services and to this end, our clinicians participate in supervision, case conferences, and on-going training's. In the last year our clinicians have participated in training's in Mentalization Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Transference Focused Psychotherapy. We also provide our clinicians with bimonthly group psychotherapy consultation and psychoanalytic case consultation. This is
an exciting position that incorporates interesting clinical work and opportunities for study of varied clinical techniques. We also utilize an experiential therapy model that puts our clinical work in the context of activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
Complete diagnostic intakes on admission and discharge summaries on graduation
Complete supportive clinical notes and treatment plans
Requirements:
Must have LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, etc. Licensure must be active, valid in Ohio
Experience working with clients who have been exposed to trauma, PTSD and a variety of mental disorders;
Experience documenting clinical/progress notes in an electronic health record ( EHR) system;
Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Director
