Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mentalhealth needs
Experience in delivering high-quality, client-centered care
Able to document and navigate EHR independently
Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality
Participate in the creation of an individualized treatment plan after discussing the case with the mentalhealth care team, collecting and reviewing psychosocial data, medical history, nursing assessment, and other pertinent information
Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization
Provide patient education, specifically around issues related to medications and treatment adherence, and aftercare service
Work closely with Supervising physician to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care
Education and Experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience.
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution is required;
Psychiatric MentalHealth Nursing (PMHNP) certification is required;
Current license in the State of Washington
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing

The Behavioral Health Clinician provides integrated, community-based behavioral health services to participants enrolled in VOA programs.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to practice outside of traditional office settings and are comfortable working with people who may be experiencing acute mentalhealth symptoms, substance use, housing instability, and crisis. Schedule
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Core hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with some flexibility based on program needs.

Provide individual and group behavioral health services using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based approaches

The Professional Counselor (MentalHealth Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor (MentalHealth Counselor Associate) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
The MentalHealthTherapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The MentalHealthTherapist LMFT will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
The Licensed Professional Counselor (MentalHealth Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (MentalHealth Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).
The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

Required Qualifications:
