Assist the clinical team by providing strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed assessments and treatment to clients with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Assist with monitoring substance use toxicology screens as needed. Collaborate with other members of the client's clinical team. Advise and inform clients, staff, or other team members to advance the treatment plan. Provide therapy services to clients meeting access standards, daily service targets, and quality goals. Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned. Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements. Complete daily service documentation. Provide court reports and other mandated reporting to CT Judicial branch Court Support Service Division Complete initial assessment forms. Complete progress notes with appropriate format. Complete a clear, specific, behaviorally oriented treatment plan with client. Complete insurance documentation as required. Complete required reports and evaluations. Follow required office procedures in a cooperative manner. Obtain insurance authorization and ensure proper documentation meets quality standards and insurance standards.
