Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs. Ability to multitask using multiple monitors, type while on calls, and avoid putting clients on hold. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Education & Experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree. Background in social work or healthcare strongly preferred (MSW ideal). Experience working in a medical or mental health office setting is a plus.
