Collaborate/Participate in community events to spread awareness of and promote BFC's FFT Program. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Essentials: Provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions to clients. Utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18. Carry a caseload of 10-12 families, providing services anywhere from eight to 26 weeks. Work independently, as well as contribute to a team. Work within the FFT philosophy and model. Engage families who may not want the service. Adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills. Empower families to solve their own problems.
