What s your day to day look like?
Diagnose and treat mentalhealth disorders with the utmost compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients
Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary
Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
Accept a variety of insurances
Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings
Work with a variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups within your skill-set and scope of practice
What experience and qualification are we looking for?
Licensed Psychologist in Iowa
Preference towards candidates that are interested in providing psychological testing services. Caseload can be mixed with psychotherapy as well.
Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and Evidenced-Based Models
Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
