**Job Summary**
Trane Technologies' early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership experience, and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's in the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) exposure to a variety of assignments and experiences which could include: Safety Management Systems, Standard Work, Policies and Procedures, Lean Principles, Risk Assessment, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomic Assessment, Environmental Compliance, Sustainability, and Training. Interns will also gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and interact with layers of leadership within the organization.
This position has been designated as Onsite. Positions are available within various manufacturing plant locations across the United States.
**Examples of Key Responsibilities**
· Assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive safety culture within the organization. This includes actively participating in safety meetings, conducting safety audits, and analyzing leading indicators to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. The intern will collaborate with various departments to promote proactive safety measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
· Assist in the management and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems to ensure adherence to corporate policies and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Support the implementation of safe, sound, and sustainable work practices across the organization.
· Conduct inspections and audits while providing employee coaching for adherence to company policies and programs and compliance with state local and federal regulations.
· Provide leadership and employees guidance on new or changing compliance requirements.
· The employee will be required to stand and walk through Trane Technologies facilities throughout the day. The employee may also be required to climb to elevated positions or to stoop to low levels to make physical observations.
· Field site visits may include mechanical rooms, rooftops, construction sites and other manufacturing facilities.
· Travel may be required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

What Does This Role Require?
Education/Experience:

Experience working with pediatric populations and a strong clinical background in treating eating disorders.
Experience in evidence-based therapy modalities for treating eating disorders (i.e. CBT-E, FBT, RO-DBT, ACT).
Knowledge and experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, pediatricians, dieticians, and other behavioral health specialists.
Effectively able to navigate patient and family through various levels of care/treatment, as may be needed in treating eating disorders.

This role provides crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referral services for adults presenting to the Crisis Center, which includes a Brief Intervention Clinic and a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Activities may take place in a variety of settings and via face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephonic).
Network 180's Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a 24/7 facility that serves adults 18 years and older and includes a walk-in Brief Intervention Clinic and a secure Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The setting provides assessment and unscheduled clinical services designed to prevent or resolve mentalhealth or substance-related crises. The Crisis Center aims to provide these services to individuals whose crisis will typically resolve within a few hours, however, may require up to seventy-two (72) hours of treatment; and where services can be voluntary or involuntary.
The CSU fills a key gap in the Kent County Crisis Continuum of Care and provides more efficient, effective, equitable crisis behavioral health care in a setting designed and staffed to provide this type of treatment.
The CSU also aims to divert individuals from jail, emergency departments, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings to an appropriate least restrictive treatment setting whenever it can be achieved safely and successfully.
This position is scheduled every Sunday from 2:00pm to 12:00am. This assignment is in-person at 260 Jefferson Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.

We are seeking a Crisis Center Clinician. The employee hired for this position will work onsite at 260 Jefferson Ave SE Suite 100. This role provides crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referral services for adults presenting to the Crisis Center, which includes a Brief Intervention Clinic and a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Activities may take place in a variety of settings and via face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephonic).
Network 180's Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a 24/7 facility that serves adults 18 years and older and includes a walk-in Brief Intervention Clinic and a secure Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The setting provides assessment and unscheduled clinical services designed to prevent or resolve mentalhealth or substance-related crises. The Crisis Center aims to provide these services to individuals whose crisis will typically resolve within a few hours, however, may require up to seventy-two (72) hours of treatment; and where services can be voluntary or involuntary.
The CSU fills a key gap in the Kent County Crisis Continuum of Care and provides more efficient, effective, equitable crisis behavioral health care in a setting designed and staffed to provide this type of treatment.
The CSU also aims to divert individuals from jail, emergency departments, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings to an appropriate least restrictive treatment setting whenever it can be achieved safely and successfully.
This position is scheduled every Sunday from 2:00pm to 12:00am. This assignment is in-person at 260 Jefferson Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three (3) months of hire.

Your Role
This position offers the chance to work with a vibrant, varied caseload of children and adolescents (ages 3-20) dealing with different behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, Selective Mutism, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. You will:
Provide high-quality, individualized therapy to a caseload of 20-25 clients
Support and coach parents in their childs therapeutic journey
Collaborate with schools, offering strategies and consultation to teachers and school staff
Engage in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of best practices
Qualifications
Required: Training and experience in Behavioral/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent Management Training
Skills: Strong communicator with an ability to connect with children, teens, and their families
Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Michigan LP, LLP, TLLP, LLMSW, or LMSW license
Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and engage in consultative roles with schools and families
