Job Description
Populations served are adults, youth, and families in need of substance use treatment or co-occurring treatment.
Primary responsibilities:
Assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, couples/family therapy, and other clinical therapy work as needed.
Compensation
Pay is determined on the following
Work experience
Being independents licensed (not requiring supervision)
Holding specialized certificates in substances use and trauma
Salary wages start at $45,000 to 75,000 yr.
Billable wages start at 30 to 40 a billable hour
Hiring bonus $2500 after 60 days of full time employment

Minimum Qualificationsand Required Experience
Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC in Idaho

PT needed for 8 hours days with weekends on an on-call basis and on a rotation (only an hour or 2 typically when needed)
Idaho License
10 bed acute care hospital with swing bed patients, 21 bed nursing home facility (part of hospital) and stand-alone clinic for outpatients across the street from the hospital.
Charting system - Thrive and PCC
Hospital, outpatient and LTC.
Pediatric and adult populations, a lot of hand referrals
90% OP and 10% IP
1 year exp preferred but not required
8-10 patients per day
