Qualifications Required Active Kentucky license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/Ph.D. Master's degree (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team. Strong communication and clinical documentation skills. Preferred Experience working with geriatric populations. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings. Compensation & Benefits Pay-per-encounter, fee-for-service compensation. Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance. No billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team).
