In this dynamic role, you will provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy to youth ages 6-17 and their caregivers directly in their homes, with a focus on improving emotional regulation, parenting, and behavior management. Traveling throughout Aurora (mileage reimbursed), you'll deliver dyadic and parent-only therapy rooted in the neurobiology of trauma. This position plays a critical role in reducing the need for hospitalization or residential placement by supporting youth at risk of, or transitioning from, higher levels of care. We're looking for someone who brings strong interpersonal skills, creativity in applying skills-based interventions, and a balance of playfulness and professionalism to engage youth and families in meaningful, transformative work. $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! *Sign-on Bonus not eligible for internal employees and re-hired employees within 90 days from separation. Sign-on Bonus is based on full-time (40 hours/week). Prorated if fewer than 40 hours/week. Paid in two installments: 50% on the first paycheck, 50% on the paycheck following the 6-month anniversary. Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit (e.g., LPCC, PSYC, MFTC, SWC/LSW) within 30 days of hire and actively pursue an independent clinical license (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW). Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience providing care to the appropriate client population, including diagnosing, conducting intake assessments, and delivering individual, family, or group therapy. In addition, all direct care applicants are required to complete a health evaluation or physical prior to beginning service to confirm they are fit for duty.
