Job Description About the Role: The Child and Family Therapist at YWCA Pierce County plays a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children and their families through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Washington. Experience working with children and families in a clinical or community setting. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
