The Mental Health Professional assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
The Mental Health Professional provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.

About the role
Job Summary: The Clinician I will assist the Director of Outpatient Services ensuring the provision of quality care in an outpatient mental health clinic serving individuals with co-occurring disorders. S/he will provide weekly supervision to Master Level clinicians, interns, or other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive assessments and individualized service plans; and provide group treatment services using evidence-based practices, as needed. They will also ensure service utilization benchmarks and reporting requirements for funders are met in a timely manner. As part of the Casa Esperanza, Inc. team, the Clinician I will provide services in a fully integrated, holistic, and collaborative manner using a team-treatment approach, to ensure the coordination of all client services, both across Casa programs as well as with external providers. Client Care:
Provides crisis intervention counseling, with referrals to ongoing mental health services when needed, as well as primary care through our Casa Integrated Care model.
Utilizes case conferencing and the program team to coordinate and ensure client treatment plans are effective and appropriate.
Engages external and internal service providers to better meet clients' needs
Provides group treatment using evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Relational and Psychodynamic therapy, etc., as needed.
Participate in weekly clinical meetings to provide updates and assist in the decision-making related to treatment planning and implementation.
Complete biopsychosocial risk assessment, treatment planning, safety planning, and a variety of other screenings and assessments with individual patient sessions.

Administrative:
Ensures adherence to program treatment philosophies and policies.

LifeStance Health is immediately hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Norwoods/Taunton. This opportunity can be a split position between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. The position is ideal for clinicians who have experience working with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatment, working in a primary care environment and who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
Position highlights are as follows:
· Integrated Care Clinicians are imbedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams
· Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence-based therapies like CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
· Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals

Our Community Based Services are intended to provide short term support and stabilization. As such, services provided by the Clinician and their teams should generally be focused on helping clients and their families identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports as well as agencies in the community. Licensed Inpatient Clinician - Adult Unit Full-Time Position Monday's - Friday's 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with one weekend day a month. Sign on bonus: $10,000 Essential Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Clinicians provide treatment to adults, adolescents, children.
Provide timely psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and discharge planning services to patients.
Demonstrate strong group therapy skills and experience with DBT/CBT, psycho-education, and trauma informed care.
