We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Idaho. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.
Compensation Details
LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LCPC: $70 per hourly session (53-minutes)
Licensed Psychologist: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Full-time Description
Provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic,
counseling therapy, group therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, and/or case management services in a
clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making and program
administration. Treats all age groups with emphasis on children ages 3 and up. Leads and trains lower level
counselors/social workers, and/or interns engaged in related therapeutic/patient care activities, as appropriate
to the individual position.
$57,000 - $85,250 DOE.
Longevity bonus:
$6,000 after one year of full-time employment.
$6,000 after two years of full-time employment.
$8,000 after three years of full-time employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, or an equivalent field. Current, or license eligible, State of Idaho Master
Social Worker license or equivalent license, in good standing required.

7. Establishes and maintains case files, referrals, and other related documents for the treatment of clients; prepares related documentation for civil commitment hearings or other legal proceedings; keeps abreast of patient data to ensure appropriate treatment and care are delivered.
8. Consults with other legal and treatment agencies and individuals in relation to patient/client records, rights, and responsibilities. 9. Plans and facilitates community outreach and education activities, as appropriate to the position; may serve as a liaison and representative to community organizations and schools.
10. As appropriate to the position, performs various administrative functions such as monitoring budgets and preparing reports and correspondence; may participate in a variety of research projects to develop service plans, and may propose changes to program policies and procedures.
