Qualifications * Education Required: Master's degree in a behavioral science field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling. * Licensure Preferred: Fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC); associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC) also accepted. * Therapeutic Passion: Committed to client growth through collaborative, team-based care. * Clinical Experience: Preferred two years of therapy experience, including individual, family, and group sessions. * Residential Expertise: One year of experience in a residential setting using relational and experiential modalities is a plus. * Professional Readiness: Skilled in treatment planning and adjustment; must pass a state background check. * Credentialing Preparedness: Must have or be willing to create a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI number.
