ROP-benefits-and-perks-2   What You'll do Provides quality case management and individual life skills services as indicated by client and program needs. Proficient in learning and utilizing an electronic health record system. Documentation in all behavioral health services and/or contacts to be completed within 24 hours of the service. Carry a caseload of 25-35 clients and meet the minimum 27.5-hour weekly billing requirement. Part-time employees will staff with the assigned supervisor to determine the appropriate caseload and minimum weekly billing productivity requirement. Coordinates with the assigned therapist and or treatment team. Responsible for promoting resiliency and recovery with clients, utilizing their individualized treatment plans. Maintains clients' clinical files according to agency contract and licensing requirements. Provides crisis intervention as needed. Ensures incident reports and related documentation is completed in a timely manner. Prepares and administers the clinical assessment and treatment plan (if a BHT or higher). Prepares individual progress notes, monthly progress reports, incident reports, meeting or staffing reports, and discharge summaries. Treats others with respect, confronts negative behavior and supports confrontations. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provides management with required reports and advises of any problematic situations. Complies with and implements the Rite of Passage and Rite Path Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals/handbooks. Ensures the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage and Rite Path policies and procedures. Assists with the correction of deficiencies and quality improvement efforts. Attends and participates in all required meetings. Commits to attending all training and staff development classes to ensure sufficient training hours annually. Notifies supervisor if annual training hours are deficient. Other duties as assigned, verbally or in written form to meet the needs of the program. Responsibilities can include supervising youth in the school, taking youth to medical appointments or outings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supervision & Safety: Monitor and supervise youth activities to maintain a safe and structured environment. Skill Development: Teach and reinforce essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Recreational Activities: Plan and participate in recreational activities such as sports, arts, and group outings to promote teamwork and healthy lifestyles. Vocational Training: Support youth in developing vocational skills by guiding them through hands-on activities and career readiness programs. Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines, including meals, chores, and personal hygiene, while fostering responsibility and independence. Mentorship: Build positive relationships with youth, provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help them achieve their goals. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of youth progress, behaviors, and incidents, ensuring compliance with program policies. This role requires compassion, consistency, and a commitment to empowering youth to succeed.
