Job Description As a part of the Production Team, a Production Assembly Worker will be responsible for all required assemblies and installations on heavy-duty transit buses in the assigned work area on the production line, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are seeking Production Assembly Workers for two different shifts. Schedule 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p with the possibility of manned Overtime M-Th until 5:30p and every other Saturday (7am-3:30pm). 2nd shift - Monday -Thursday 3pm-1:30am with the possibility of manned Overtime every other Friday (3pm-11:30pm). WHAT YOU WILL DO Performs all installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area on the production line. Prepares work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials. Ensures quality and consistency in installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area. Be able to work from blueprints, process sheets, and/or written instructions, then build to those specifications while utilizing measurement tools and basic math skills. Have working knowledge of hand and air tools. Employee is regularly exposed to vibration, and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Be able to bend, stoop, and reach. Be able to climb up and down, as well as work using a ladder. Employee will go extended periods of time standing and performing repetitive tasks. Ensure workstation is kept clean and in safe working condition. Be present on the job to perform the assigned duties and be able to work overtime which is often required to meet production schedules. We are looking to hire Full-Time Medical Assistants to help support our providers at our main locations as well as outreach clinics located in Brooklyn Center, Roseville, Richfield, Mora, Buffalo, Maple Grove, Fridley, Hudson, Hastings, Cannon Valley (Dundas), Chaska, Shakopee, Waconia, and Norwood. This position requires travel and offers mileage reimbursement. KSM is looking for a strong and dynamic team player, with previous clinical experience strongly preferred. Kind and responsive patient care is a must! This role is a combination of administrative tasks (calling patients, working in EMR) and direct patient care. Your work would also support our innovative value based care model, supporting eligible patients in getting access to those wraparound services. JOB PURPOSE Possess an in-depth knowledge of KSM clinic procedures and protocols, along with knowledge of patient care procedures, lab procedures, electronic medical record documentation, medical terminology, and sanitation practices. Provide safe, patient-centered care PATIENT CARE: Complete rooming and discharge procedures per company protocols Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories and other patient forms Complete accurate medication reconciliation Ensure patient completes labs per policy Collaborate with IOP on completion of same day lab orders Arrange for off-site procedures as ordered by the KSM provider Schedule patients for follow up appointments and/or lab appointments Provide education materials to patients as instructed by the KSM provider Review AVS (after visit summary) with patient MANAGE PATIENT MEDICAL RECORDS Accurately document all information as required by company, state, and federal guidelines Maintain patient confidentiality Accurately database lab results into appropriate electronic medical record Complete chart prep procedures to ensure patient visits are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently Prepare and process lab order forms CLINIC OPERATIONS: Clean and stock exam rooms daily Report any supply shortage to the Clinical Supervisor Proactively identify safety concerns, submit incident reports, and/or discuss with the Clinical Supervisor GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other duties as assigned and proactively identifies other tasks needing to be addressed/completed Demonstrate professional behavior in interactions with coworkers and patients Float to all clinics, including outreach locations, as needed Train other clinical staff on job duties, policies, or procedure as needed Participate in weekly huddles SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Ability and means to travel to all clinics, including outreach locations, as needed.
