Make a difference as an elementary ELA Instructional coach/lead teacher As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Nebraska districts, you will bring your mastery of Elementary ELA to support teachers in elevating literacy outcomes for young learners. Your work will include: Collaborating with teachers to strengthen ELA instruction Modeling lessons and providing actionable coaching feedback Conducting classroom observations and refining instructional practices Leading professional development for ELA strategies and standards Analyzing student data to guide instructional decisions Supporting schools with curriculum implementation Driving excellence through teamwork, accountability, and customer-centric solutions You will join an innovative, forward-thinking team committed to abundant thinking, problem-solving, and improving classrooms across Nebraska.
