The Role:

A Week in the Life:
4 days of onsite programming with our clinical and residential team, 2 days of offsite adventure programming, and a rest and recovery day.
Adventure activities may include: hiking, camping, xc skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing, rock climbing, teambuilding.
Farmhouse activities may include: diet and nutrition, arts and crafts, therapeutic groups, community building, fun and games!

What The Success Mentor Does:
Foster respectful, professional relationships with students and school staff, maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to student

Work directly with students struggling with chronic absenteeism, collaborating with staff to develop tailored solutions to improve
Mentor students by setting academic, behavioral, and social goals, and tracking progress in collaboration with cohort teachers.
