Through outstanding maintenance practices, ensure that the site is safe for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problem. Represent the maintenance department to employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
