As a member of the Menzies Aviation Baggage Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling customer baggage check-in and misplaced/lost baggage claims, provide reports to carriers, and assist customers with travel information. The Ramp Agent plays an important role in ensuring that flights run on time by maintaining detailed records of shipped goods, moving baggage and cargo from aircraft, and guiding aircraft to and from their gates.
