* Schedule - 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm, this is a full-time position
* Pay: $22.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
* Support Quality Control Technicians with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical reports
* Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical reports and preventative maintenance of equipment at fuel storage facilities/systems
* Make required daily, weekly and monthly petroleum product log entries of fuel transactions, quality control, and maintenance.
* Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment at fuel storage facilities/systems including related equipment on fueling vehicles.
* Perform routine and periodic inspections in compliance with company, customer, government and industry standards.
* Complies with A4A specifications on fuel quality.
* Transfer products and monitor storage tanks, pipelines and related equipment to ensure that they are in good working order to prevent spills, releases, overfills and product contamination.
* Must be able to clean up and keep the Fuel Farm looking presentable at all times.
* Conduct all work in a safe fashion by adhering to all company, customer, industry, local, state and federal safe work policies/procedures.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Must possess and maintain valid US driver's license.
* Must pass all pre-employment testing including a physical, color vision test, audio test, and drug test.
* Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
* Handle fueling carts and fueling hoses which will require you to lift and move up to 70lbs.
* Ability to perform basic math calculations.
* Must pass background check and obtain US Custom seal as required.
* Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals.
* Work is done primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Bloomsburg, PA)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.
Work schedule
Monday thru Friday
Local driving (2-3 hours)
Early morning starts (2:30 AM - 3:30 AM)
Approximately 10-12 hours per day
Overtime may be needed
Up to 10% overnight travel may be required
What you will be doing
This is a hybrid role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work
Pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicles, including checking and filling fluid levels
Ability to safely hook up and unhook trailers
Drives emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks
Ensure raw materials and dangerous goods are used, handled, and stored according to requirements
Ensure minimum damage to the environment through waste minimization and control
Report all unusual incidents and accidents immediately
Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings
What you will bring
At least one year of experience driving and/or handling materials preferred
Knowledgeable of DOT regulations required
Ability to communicate and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Cranking System (electrical): Inspect and test batteries; Visually inspect cables and cranking motor; Clean the battery cables, connections and starter; Replace batteries; Charge and check batteries; Replace or repair defective cables.
Lighting System and Electrical Accessories: Repair minor wiring problems; Replace bulbs, lenses and simple light assemblies; Repair minor lighting problems; Replace and adjust sealed beams; Install or replace accessories such as heated mirrors, fans, spotlights.
Drive Axles: Inspect housings for leaks; Change oil and filter, if required, and clean breathers.
Driveline: Lubricate drive line; Inspect components for wear or damage.
Gas Engines-All Engines: Check and adjust oil levels; Identify unusual noises, and oil leaks.
Fuel Systems: Replace and prime fuel filter; Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc... for proper integrity and condition.

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Zephyr, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units ) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a blended role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include product loading, driving a CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the truck in all types of weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are always conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Work schedule
Monday through Friday
Local driving (2-3 hours)
Early morning starts at approximately 4 AM - 5 AM
Work approximately 10-12 hours per day

What you will be doing
This is a hybrid position, consisting of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking and refilling fluid levels.
Ability to safely hook up and unhook trailers
Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks as part of daily responsibilities.
Ensure raw materials and hazardous goods are handled, stored, and used in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction and control practices.
Immediately report any unusual incidents or accidents.
Actively participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings to promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
What you will bring
Minimum of one year of experience in driving and/or material handling (preferred).
Solid understanding of DOT regulations (required).

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Louisville, TN)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Other tasks include digging and shoveling, such as snow removal around equipment and office. Employee may also engage in debris removal which involves lifting, bending and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70lbs.
