There is no benefits they use ur PTO without telling you. You have no sick days. Company doesn’t provide enough uniform they expect you to buy your own cold gear. If you request a day off ahead of time they will still deny it.

Managers don’t care about you they just use you they make the hard workers do the hard job and the lazy people do the easy job. When everyone gets payed the same they should all do the same work not have lazy people run cargo meanwhile the others are sweating doing lower deck.

Nothing this company doesn’t care about the employees

When there’s downtime, when the managers are in a good mood.

working at the airport was amazing and the ability to meet new people.

After work there for 5 years, the upper management was terrible at Station I worked at. If you have a on going health issues they will find a way to pull one over you.

The only benefit you get there is the down time. You really only work 7-8 hours if you get a 10 hour shift

Everything. Management never cared, treated employee staff like dirt and very disorganized.
